TERMS, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

The short version.

Billing & set-up

First-time accounts start with a one-time personalized set-up — we configure your brand, trade categories and unit prices before you log in. Checkout takes you to that payment first; your plan billing starts once your workspace is activated (usually within 1 business day). After that you're billed monthly or yearly depending on what you chose. Yearly plans are paid upfront at the discounted rate.

Cancellation

Month to month, cancel anytime — email us and it takes effect that month, with no exit fee. You keep access through the period you already paid for. If Novantu isn't for you, tell us within your first 30 days and we'll refund that first month.

Your data

  • You own everything you upload and the estimates, bids and reports Novantu generates from it.
  • Export bids, estimates and reports as PDF or CSV at any time — before, during or after your subscription.
  • Your workspace is isolated. We don't sell your data or share it between workspaces.
  • Cancelling does not delete your historical exports, and you can request full deletion whenever you want.

What stays ours

  • Your data is yours (above). The software is ours: Novantu's application, interface, workflows, cost-code structures, templates and underlying methods are proprietary and protected by copyright and trade-secret law.
  • Your subscription is a licence to use Novantu — it does not transfer ownership of any part of it.
  • You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, host, reverse-engineer or decompile the platform, or create derivative works from it — including by automated scraping or ingestion into another product or AI system.
  • White-label branding puts your name on the workspace your clients see. The underlying platform remains Novantu's property.

Support

Every plan includes email support answered by a person, same business day. Enterprise adds priority onboarding.

Who you're contracting with

Novantu is currently being formalized as a registered business — that process is underway and not yet complete. Once it's finalized, this agreement and your subscription carry over to the registered entity automatically, with no change to your price. In the meantime, payments are processed securely via Payoneer and your receipts are issued directly to you. This is a plain-language summary, not the full legal agreement or tax advice.
